How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within minutes after payment is confirmed. Network delays can sometimes make it take longer.

How do I pay?

Through Paystack, using mobile money or a card. We never see or store your card details.

I paid but didn't get data.

Check your order on the Track page. If it says "needs review" or "failed", contact us with your order reference. See our failed delivery & refund policy.

I entered the wrong number.

Contact us right away. Once data has been delivered to a number, we can't reverse it.

Do bundles expire?

Expiry depends on the network's terms for each bundle.
